2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 Has Less Engine, More Power
A twin-turbo V-6 displaced by a turbo four in the 2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 has marked its journey of being a fast-speeding car with small engines. AMG has been producing 4-cylinder cars since 2013, but this is the first time they have done excellent work producing C43.

Attractive features
The new engine effectively replaces the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 of the last-generation C43. The main feature of the car is that it has lost a cylinder but not its power. By using an electric turbo change, it can bear the peak output like its predecessors. The turbo, which is built by Garrett Motion, uses a compact electric motor between the turbine and the compressor that acts directly on the shaft. Which made it able to add 6 kW of assistance and spin at speeds of up to 170,000 rpm.

Special specifications
The Turbo also has a special feature. It allows a boost to build when there is no gas, it is charged by the electricity. This feature is not very common in cars similar to this model. In the C43’s more aggressive dynamic modes, the blades will keep spinning when the throttle is lifted. Which gives it an electric car vibe. In the AMG models, the nine-speed automatic gearbox uses a wet clutch rather than a torque converter.

This results in an improvement in response. The other great feature of this modern car is, that it makes very little to no sound. Often it is not possible to hear the induction noise as the Turbo builds the boost. Even if pushed harder, it keeps its silence. C34’s engine is more sophisticated than its predecessors. With new features and the use of modern technology, the 2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 is going to revolutionize the industry with its charm.
